Pressing Instructions for Wild West DTF Transfers:

How to Press Wild West DTF Transfers onto Your Garment:

1. Prepare Your Garment:

   • Ensure your fabric is clean and free of wrinkles. Use a lint roller or fabric brush to remove any lint, dust, or debris.
   • Pre-press your garment for 5-10 seconds at 320°F (160°C) to eliminate moisture and wrinkles.

2. Set Up Your Heat Press:

   • Preheat your heat press to 320°F (160°C) for cotton, polyester, and blend fabrics. For specialized fabrics, check the garment’s manufacturer recommendations.
   • Adjust the pressure to medium (around 4-6 on most heat presses).

3. Position the Transfer:

   • Place your Wild West DTF transfer face down on the desired spot on your garment.
   • Align the transfer to ensure it’s positioned where you want the design to appear.

4. Press the Transfer:

   • Close the heat press and apply medium pressure.
   • Press for 15-20 seconds.
   • Note: Be careful not to over-press, as this can affect the quality of the print.

5. Peel the Transfer:

   • Once pressing is complete, immediately remove the transfer from the press.
   • Peel the transfer while it’s still warm for the best results. Start at one corner and gently peel off the transfer film.
   • Allow the garment to cool for a few minutes after peeling.

6. Post-Press for Extra Durability (Optional):

   • For added durability, place a parchment paper or Teflon sheet over the transfer and press for an additional 5-10 seconds at 320°F (160°C).

7. Care Instructions:

   • Allow the garment to cool completely before wearing.
   • Wash inside out with cold water for best results.
   • Avoid bleach or fabric softeners when washing.
   • Air dry or tumble dry on low heat to preserve the quality of the transfer.
